Tax evasion in Bosnia and Herzegovina is influenced by various subjective and objective factors. The research aimed to identify these factors and found that tax evasion harms institutions, especially the tax administration, and undermines trust in the tax system. By reducing tax evasion, public finances can significantly improve. The study analyzed both theoretical and real-world factors affecting tax evasion in Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting the importance of addressing this issue for a stronger financial system.
