Understanding the relationship between tree height and diameter is important for managing forests. A new model was created to predict the height and diameter of bamboo trees in different aged forests. The model accurately predicted tree height based on diameter measurements, with only a small margin of error. This model can be used to estimate tree height in different regions and evaluate how the relationship between height and diameter varies.
