Optimizing Nitrogen and Planting Density Boosts Rice Yield in Ecological Conditions
The study aimed to find the best nitrogen fertilizer amount and planting density for high yields of Q You No.6 rice in Leye. They tested two nitrogen levels and four planting densities. The number of panicles and grains per panicle had the biggest impact on yield. With 225 kg of nitrogen and a planting density of 360,000 stumps per hectare, Q You No.6 had the highest yield. In conclusion, using higher nitrogen levels and a planting density of around 360,000 stumps per hectare can lead to stable and high yields of Q You No.6 rice in Leye.
