The article develops a system of indicators to measure the growth of information and knowledge economy. It analyzes different methods and proposes a way to calculate GDP from information and knowledge. The study creates a composite index and hierarchic indices to assess the economy. It also ranks countries based on their knowledge economy development. The research identifies key indicators affecting global ICT, innovation, and economic indices. It explains the regional and sectoral approach to evaluating the economy and suggests components like innovation and technology. The study presents a multi-level system of indicators, including a main composite index and sub-indices.
