The paper investigates trade effects of agreements within the ASEAN+6 free trade area from 2007 to 2017 on three types of exports: manufactured goods, primary products, and natural resources-based goods. Primary goods increased trade within and outside this bloc. Manufactured goods saw more trade both within and outside the region. Natural resources-based products experienced more trade within the region and increased imports from outside.
