The study looked at how the quality of cab services in Bengaluru, India, affects customer satisfaction. They identified six factors like comfort, safety, and affordability, and found that all of them were linked to higher customer satisfaction. By testing six hypotheses, they confirmed that these factors have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. In fact, 97% of the variation in customer satisfaction could be explained by these factors.
