The researchers surveyed 114 manufacturing companies in the Klang Valley to understand how factors like uncertainty, regulatory pressure, and top management commitment influence environmental management accounting. They found that these factors significantly impact environmental performance, helping companies reduce waste and improve efficiency by setting targets for raw material use and addressing issues promptly.
