Stock markets, like the one in Karachi, help investors and financial institutions manage their money and debts. This study looked at how stock market activity affects the economy by analyzing data from 1988 to 2018. They used different measures to study stock market liquidity and its impact on real economic activities like GDP and unemployment. The results showed that stock market liquidity has a significant influence on the real economy in Karachi.
