Revolutionizing Property Rights: New System for Ground-Linked Objects Registration
The article discusses the importance of updating the way we register objects connected to the ground in foreign countries. Countries like Sweden, Norway, and Australia have already moved towards a three-dimensional registration system. This change is necessary because the current system lacks accurate mapping of underground structures, making it difficult to record and register rights to these buildings. To make this shift, a unified concept and legislation for three-dimensional registration need to be developed. While Ukraine can incorporate some three-dimensional features into its existing system without major costs, a comprehensive update is needed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of registering underground properties.
