New Strategy Unlocks Affordable City Densification, Solving Housing Crisis
Increasing urban densities can help reduce carbon emissions, but current efforts to make cities denser have not been successful. To address this, a new strategy called the Anatomy of Density II has been developed. This strategy breaks down urban density into seven factors and provides a comprehensive approach to making room for affordable city densification. By addressing each of these factors, cities can effectively and affordably increase their density. The strategy has been tested in real-world examples, showing both successful and failed applications.
