The article investigates fraud in e-auctions, focusing on how traditional auctions can be manipulated by collusion among officials, sellers, and participants. E-auctions are seen as a solution to prevent such fraud, but there is still a risk of fraudulent activities. The researchers used a qualitative method to study this issue, aiming to identify gaps in preventing fraud in e-auctions.
