The study analyzed development factors in Southern Nigeria to find common influences and recommend the best cities. They looked at 11 factors in 250 cities and found three main factors affecting sustainable development. These factors explained 71.63% of the differences between cities. The analysis also showed that the higher a city's development score, the better it is. The researchers used regression analysis to confirm their findings and found no issues with the model used.
