The article discusses how implementing Quality Management Systems in construction can improve productivity by ensuring projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget. The study used questionnaires and case studies to explore quality practices and challenges in construction projects. The findings suggest that construction professionals need to prioritize quality planning, assurance, and control to achieve successful project outcomes. The research also provides suggestions on overcoming implementation issues based on expert interviews.
