A Database Management System (DBMS) is a software that helps manage data efficiently. It stores and retrieves data conveniently. The main goal of DBMS is to organize data well for different needs. It can eliminate duplicate data and set standards for data quality. This system allows users to see data in a simple way. When developing databases, normalization is an important step. However, current DBMS struggle with managing a large amount of data efficiently. This study introduces a new method to improve integration and compares it to existing systems. The new method is better at handling heavy workloads, making searches faster and more reliable.
