Certification programs for professional qualifications in electrical engineering are being developed worldwide to meet the changing demands of the job market. In Ukraine, mechanisms are being established to certify the qualifications of specialists and graduates based on educational and professional standards. The analysis of international professional associations' websites reveals various certification systems, procedures, methods, and stakeholders involved in the field. The goal is to provide objective confirmation of an employee's skills needed for specific tasks in electrical engineering.
