The study looked at what factors influence how companies in Pakistan manage their working capital. They analyzed data from 127 companies in industries like textiles, sugar, chemicals, and cement between 2008 and 2013. The results showed that factors like cash flow, sales growth, and company age play a big role in how companies handle their working capital. Economic conditions like GDP and financial crises also impact how companies manage their cash flow, inventory, and payments.
