The article compares the laws in Bangladesh and Korea that deal with cybercrimes to improve cybersecurity. Bangladesh faces challenges with mobile malware and offline attacks, while Korea is vulnerable due to its e-commerce and m-commerce growth. The study suggests ways for Bangladesh to enhance its legal framework and learn from Korea's experience in handling cybercrimes. The focus is on improving investigation, prosecution, and trial processes to effectively combat cybercrimes and protect cyberspace.
