The study looked at how to protect investments in Thailand using different types of financial contracts. They analyzed data from 2011 to 2018 on futures contracts for stocks, gold, and interest rates. The results showed that investing in SET50 futures is the most effective way to hedge against risks in Thailand. Gold futures also work well for hedging, but their effectiveness can change over time. This research helps investors understand which financial instruments are best for protecting their assets in Thailand.
