Pet cat and dog owners in Northern Ireland were surveyed about their caring practices. Many cat owners feed their cats whenever they want or leave food out all the time. Most dogs are walked and played with for less than an hour each day. Owners think their pets are the right weight, but many don't monitor it. This shows that not all owners know how to feed and exercise their pets properly for their health and happiness.
