Nitrogen Levels Boost Turnip Growth and Yield, Revolutionizing Farming Practices.
The study looked at how different amounts of nitrogen affected the growth and yield of turnip plants. They tested four levels of nitrogen and found that plants treated with 70 kg N/ha grew the tallest and had the biggest roots. These plants also produced the highest yield per hectare. In contrast, plants that didn't receive any nitrogen (0 kg N/ha) were shorter and had smaller roots, resulting in a lower yield.
