A study in Punjab, India tested different fertilizers on greengram growth. They used a mix of organic (like manure and compost) and inorganic fertilizers. The results showed that using a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers helped greengram plants grow taller, have more leaves, and more branches compared to using no fertilizer at all.
