Green marketing embraced in Zimbabwean construction industry, but faces implementation challenges.
The article explores how construction industry employees in Zimbabwe view and implement green marketing practices. A survey of 182 executives from construction companies revealed that employees are aware of green marketing and generally support its principles. However, challenges exist in implementing green marketing, such as a lack of standardized guidelines. Overall, the study suggests that green marketing has been embraced in the Zimbabwean construction industry, with companies taking initiatives to promote sustainability.
