Farmyard manure boosts wheat yield and soil health, revolutionizing agriculture.
Farmyard manure and fertilizers were studied to see how they affect soil and wheat growth. Using farmyard manure alone or with fertilizers improved soil quality and increased wheat yield and nutrient uptake compared to not using any. Soil pH and bulk density decreased, while organic carbon and nutrient uptake increased with farmyard manure. Wheat yield was significantly higher with farmyard manure and fertilizers, and the plants absorbed more nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. This shows that using farmyard manure and fertilizers together can improve soil and help plants grow better.
