Defense industries revolutionize competitiveness through knowledge management implementation.
The main goal of the research was to identify factors that help defense industries implement knowledge management (KM) effectively. The researchers studied existing literature and conducted surveys to pinpoint seven key areas and 43 factors that influence KM in organizations. By analyzing data from 85 questionnaires, they found that organizational structure is the most crucial factor for successful KM in defense industries. Other important factors include leadership, processes, staff, technology, strategy, and outcomes. This study shows that having a solid organizational structure is vital for implementing KM in defense industries.
