The study looked at how vulnerable farmers in Niger State, Nigeria are to climate change. Researchers used a mix of social and environmental factors to figure out how ready, sensitive, and exposed farmers are to climate change. They surveyed 400 households and found that vulnerability was low in one area, very low in another, and high in a third. The results suggest that farmers in Niger State need to start using better farming practices to adapt to climate change.
