Boosting Soil Nutrients Leads to Record Rapeseed Yields and Oil Production
Adding nitrogen and phosphorus to soil helps rapeseed plants grow better. The researchers studied how different levels of these nutrients affected the plants. They found that more nitrogen increased the greenness of the leaves and improved seed yield. Phosphorus also helped increase seed yield and leaf function. The best results were seen with 100 kg/ha of nitrogen and 75 kg/ha of phosphorus. Overall, adding these nutrients to the soil can improve the growth and yield of rapeseed plants.
