Boosting Organizational Resilience: The Key to Thriving After Crisis
Crisis process management helps organizations deal with crises by taking actions to prevent them, minimize damage, and recover. Organizational resilience involves planning for and bouncing back from crises. This study connects crisis management with improving organizational resilience by dividing the crisis process into four phases. Research themes like high-reliability organizations and crisis leadership are important at different stages of crisis management. By analyzing Huawei's practices, a crisis management model was developed focusing on surviving and thriving after a crisis. This model helps organizations become more resilient and better at managing crises.
