The ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) has increased bilateral trades between ASEAN countries and China, as well as with other countries. Factors like GDP, population, natural resources, distance, and language influence trade. The study used an Augmented Gravity Model to analyze 79 trading partners and found that ACFTA positively impacted trade, suggesting potential for further regional economic growth and reduced inequality.
