Risk management is crucial for banks in Kosovo. This study aims to understand how banks manage risks and the impact of their practices. Data was collected from banks using questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using statistical tools. The study will use both numbers and descriptions to analyze the data. Banks face various risks like operational, liquidity, legal, credit, and market risks, which need to be measured together. The research will help us understand how banks in Kosovo handle risks and the effects of their risk management practices.
