The study aimed to develop a model to detect and diagnose upper limb spasticity using the Modified Ashworth Scale. By identifying specific characteristics of spasticity, machine learning models were trained to assist physicians in managing spasticity more effectively. This approach addresses the limitations of the current subjective assessment methods, providing a more objective and reliable tool for diagnosing and monitoring spasticity.
