New Apartment Project in Surabaya Shows Strong Financial Feasibility
The goal of the study was to assess the technical and financial feasibility of building the Orlin Grand Sungkono Lagoon Apartment in Surabaya. The researchers analyzed the construction project's costs and potential returns using methods like Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate Return, and Benefit Cost Ratio. The findings showed that the construction of the apartment is feasible, with a projected return on investment of 39.16% and a Benefit Cost Ratio of 1.52. However, the analysis also revealed that if the selling price of the apartment units decreases by 40%, the project may not be financially viable.
