The article analyzes the liquidity levels of banks in the UAE from 2005 to 2009, focusing on how they were affected by the financial crisis. The study looked at four liquidity indicators and found that the banks' liquidity levels declined notably in 2009. Despite this, the banks were able to maintain stable performance by controlling cash flows effectively.
