A study at Bank Indonesia Representative Office in Bali found that the quality of work life positively impacts employee performance. Additionally, employee engagement also has a positive effect on performance. The study showed that employee engagement mediates the relationship between quality of work life and employee performance. This means that when employees are more engaged in their work, it enhances the positive impact of their work environment on their performance.
