Project manager challenges in Ghana construction lead to worker safety concerns.
The study looked at the roles and challenges of a project manager in the Kejetia Rehabilitation Project in Ghana. They found that construction workers' lack of education affected their understanding of the project. Challenges for the project manager included long hours, unpaid salaries, and delays in equipment delivery. Strategies like stakeholder meetings and on-the-job training were used to address these challenges. It was concluded that involving construction workers more in the project and dedicating time to work are crucial for successful project implementation.
