The study looked at how support from the organization affects nurses' behavior and commitment. They found that when nurses feel supported by their organization, they are more committed and show better behavior at work. This support can come in the form of allowances, opportunities for education, promotions, awards, and involvement in decision-making. The study involved 106 nurses at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar and showed that when nurses feel supported and committed, they are more likely to go above and beyond in their job.
