Islamic Banking Outperforms Conventional Banks in Pakistan, Boosting Client Trust
The study compared Islamic banking and commercial banking in Pakistan to see how they differ in terms of liquidity, efficiency, and profitability. Data from five banks in each category was analyzed using ratio and regression analysis. The results showed significant differences between Islamic and commercial banks, with return on assets having a greater impact on client trust in Islamic banks. This study can help policymakers and new banks in developing better banking policies and strategies for success.
