The article explores ways to improve the process of valuing land for business purposes in Cherkasy region, Ukraine. It suggests updating land values more frequently to keep up with market changes. The study found that long intervals between updates lead to outdated information. By updating land values more often, the value of commercial properties can increase, leading to higher tax revenues and improved budget profitability.
