The wetlands in Vietnam are important for biodiversity and people's lives, but they are facing challenges like over-exploitation and lack of data. By studying two national parks, it was found that the main issues include unsustainable use and a need for better conservation. To protect these areas, it is crucial to involve local communities and stakeholders in managing and using the wetlands sustainably. This will help maintain the ecosystem's structure, functions, and biodiversity, ensuring fair sharing of benefits among all involved.
