Logistic outsourcing involves hiring a specialized company to handle logistics tasks. In Russia, outsourcing growth is limited by a lack of developed logistics services. The cost-effectiveness of outsourcing varies. This work aims to assess the efficiency of logistics outsourcing by analyzing its place in management, evaluating methods, and identifying key factors. The study uses economic and management theories, focusing on cost reduction concepts. The researchers developed a method to measure the effectiveness of logistics outsourcing by comparing cost reductions before and after outsourcing.
