Southeast Asia Making Strides in Food Safety with HACCP Compliance.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a food safety system important for securing food safety. A review was done on HACCP in Southeast Asia countries to see how well it is being followed. The researchers looked at 15 articles from different countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. They found that there are good reasons for using HACCP, and most studies followed the HACCP rules correctly.
