Unlocking Factors Influencing Online Shopping Behavior Among Muslim Consumers
The article examines what influences Muslim consumers in Selangor when they shop online. The researchers surveyed 250 Muslims in Selangor using a questionnaire. They looked at factors like perceived benefits, risks, motivations, psychological factors, and website design to see how they affect online shopping behavior. The researchers used statistical analysis to find out if these factors are important in determining how Muslim consumers shop online.
