The study looked at how Return on Equity and Earning per Share affect stock prices in property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. They used data from 105 companies and found that both factors together have a significant impact on stock prices. Specifically, Return on Equity has a negative effect on stock prices, while Earning per Share has a positive effect. In conclusion, higher Return on Equity and Earning per Share lead to higher stock prices for these companies.
