New Model Boosts Digital Growth for Kazakhstan Small Businesses
The article discusses the development of a digital maturity model for small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan. The goal was to assess how ready these businesses are for digital transformation. The researchers created a model with 6 dimensions and 15 sub-dimensions to evaluate different aspects of digital readiness. They tested the model with 12 managers from a company with 150 employees and found areas for improvement and recommendations for moving to the next level of digital maturity.
