Persistent ethnic employment gaps found in Dutch graduates, especially affecting women.
The research looked at job differences between Dutch graduates and graduates from other countries in the Netherlands from 2006 to 2016. They found that there are persistent gaps in employment based on ethnicity, especially for female workers. These gaps are partly due to factors like education level and field of study, but a significant portion remains unexplained.
