Supply chain integration is important for improving supply chain performance. By studying 122 manufacturing firms in South Korea, it was found that having good relationships and using information technology in supply chains can lead to better integration. When supply chain partners exchange information, it directly improves supply chain performance. Overall, sharing information and integrating supply chains can help companies perform better.
