Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) bring together public and private sectors to work on infrastructure projects. Managing stakeholders in PPP projects is crucial for success. A study in Malaysia identified four key stages for effective stakeholder management: stakeholder analysis, engagement, action plan, and monitoring. Understanding stakeholders' roles, engaging them well, following regulations, and monitoring work on site are essential for project success. Improving these stages can lead to better stakeholder management in PPP infrastructure projects in Malaysia.
