Bulgarian Cities Struggle with Sustainable Mobility Plans, Facing Stakeholder Challenges.
Bulgarian cities are facing challenges in creating sustainable urban transport plans. They have been working on these plans since 2007, but there are still issues with awareness and conflicting opinions among stakeholders. The study looks at how effective current policies are, how to improve EU urban policy implementation, and the importance of involving citizens in the process. Lessons learned are crucial for developing better mobility plans in Bulgaria.
