The study analyzed how changes in food prices in Rwanda are influenced by factors like transport costs and market power. They used data on potato and banana prices from different markets to see how prices are related. The results showed that there is a long-term relationship between prices in different markets, and short-term changes in prices are also connected. This information can help predict future prices of potatoes and bananas in Rwanda.
