Project managers play a crucial role in project success. A study compared Certified PMP and uncertified PMP project managers in Accra. They found that both types of project managers believe in the effectiveness of project management. Uncertified PMP managers focus on leadership and dispute resolution, while Certified PMP managers prioritize client satisfaction and risk management. Most project managers have successfully completed projects, but some face contract terminations.
