Human Capital and Technology Drive Latin American Economic Growth
The research looked at how education and technology affect economic growth in Latin America. They used mobile phone subscriptions as a way to measure technology. The results showed that having educated people and access to technology helps countries grow economically, especially in high and low-income countries. However, for middle-income countries, the impact was not as clear. The study suggests that governments should invest in education and technology, and make sure these investments are used fairly within each country.
